Kate launched her professional journey in the South East, beginning as a trainee accountant at Elliot Grant Chartered Accountants in Tunbridge Wells. She quickly advanced to a role at Pembroke Law LLP in Maidstone, where she managed complex client ledgers and provided essential tax and financial support to a busy portfolio of legal practices. Seeking broader corporate exposure, she then joined Southern Corporate Finance Ltd in Crawley as a senior accountant, overseeing financial operations for mid-sized businesses across manufacturing, technology, and services sectors. These formative years equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of both legal and commercial finance, as well as a reputation for precision, integrity, and collaborative working.
Eager to embrace the pace and opportunities of the capital, Kate relocated to London. In 2023, her track record and fresh perspective caught the attention of MM Business and Tax Consultancy, which brought her on board to strengthen its accounts team. Since then, she has become an indispensable part of the firm’s client service evolution. Most notably, in 2025 she contributed significantly to the structural development of the company’s new AI-powered tools, helping to design frameworks that enhance data accuracy, automate routine compliance tasks, and deliver even more responsive advisory services to clients.
Now 34, Kate continues to approach her work with the same enthusiasm and professionalism that have defined her career.
